Digestion problems?

           Digestion problems are all over. Lots of people have them, Lots of people deal with them , and other people Don't and Just suffer. So there are lots of things you can do health wise.  you can stop eating the foods that bother you and try to eat more things that support digestion like ginger root in your diet. exc. I know that allot of people don't have time to juice or it just isn't convenient. And lets face it we love food Right?
