Flu and colds every where

                       What to do for the flu and cold.?

  Everyone keeps asking what do we do for the flu? well first off on guard is  a must every night if there is any sign of illness in the house..  I can't stress it enough.. At night is the most important because your body slows down making it vulnerable for the bad bacteria to multiply easily.. Hints why we always feel worst in the mornings.  So On Guard on the feet to prevent.. and if you are fighting it already , then i recommend a flu bomb of some kind. there are all kinds of recipes out there. But really any combination in a capsule 3-5 times a day will help tremendously. The Recipe that we had the best luck with was 3 drops Oregano, 3 drops frankincense, 2 drops peppermint, 3 drops Rosemary.. Cut the flu time way down. For someone that can't take capsules then just do the same on the bottom of the feet.. and Meleluka and frankincense on the chest to help suppress couch.. also can put on guard and water in a spritzer bottle and spray the throat for sore throat. 

 There has been great benefit with this remedy and has kept lots of people from having to go to the doctor.. instead were able to fight it on there own.. Thankfully I haven't been sick, But my Daughter goes to the sitters during the week and ended up with the flu.. I hit her hard with oils for one day when she was the worst.. peppermint for fever.. Cuts it in less than about 5 min,... I love it.. And lavender and digest zen on her belly.. She slept it off mostly the fist day.. lots of runs to the bathroom with soft stool but no puking.. The second day she was OK , But didn't want to eat because she was afraid she would have to go to the bathroom.. She is only 4 yrs old.. So very miserable for her when ever she is sick.. 

 But I believe she was better faster than anyone else I knew that got sick..  i still haven't Got sick, Knock on wood...
