                    So as We all Know it is the FLU season... I got reminded of that this afternoon when My Grandmother called me To Find out what I would recommend for the FLU, Because my Grandpa was fighting on pretty good,Well i guess it would Be pretty bad , Hugh.          Lavender, I want to teach you guys a little about Lavender Essential oil. Lavender essential oil has a very calming effect. It can ether be in hailed out of your hands, Defused, Taken internally and Topically. I am pretty sure I use it the most topically.  So not is it only calming for adults that my have anxiety or stress issues, Or a infant with a upset stomach.  The beauty of DoTERRA essential oils  is that they are safe fore everyone. , EVEN INFANTS..... You can dilute the oils with fractionated coconut oil to avoid skin sensitivity. For infant upset stomach, I would just put FCO and Lavender on my hands and rub on the baby's tummy.. Very natural and known to help colic tremendously..

          OK . So this is the best oil ever I think. Well maby not , But it sure has helped me. And it could definitely help you too.  So Frankincense Is also called  Boswellia.  Now there are a couple kinds of Boswellia, But the one we use is Boswellia Frereana. 100% Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade.. So anyways, Now that you know about that.

                             So I am back again, and I am excited to let you in on something awesome.. So you know when you but something. You get it home . You take the tags off. And if it is like dishes, (that don't come in a box ). Or picture frames, or vases, or well really anything that is hard and they can put a dang sticker on , right.  OK well I used my all purpose essential oil cleaner that i had made up. Sprayed a little on the glass. Ow well I was dealing with a picture frame from Ross. So big ugly sticker. OK so now that we are all there, Where i am on this... Let set just a moment and literally like 10 - 15 little quick stokes and it was gone. no residue left at all. So this is why. Because lemon oil breaks down Toxins. And sense the gummy sticky stuff is toxic then it just pretty much liquidizes it..  Not if you didn't have the other oils in the cleaner recipe then just use lemon oil.. same result.. I have also used lemon oil to get rid of the sticky on my essential oil bottles . ( so I could use them for other things)..

Take toxins out of our homes

             So we don't realize how many toxins are in our homes everyday. From The window cleaners we most use , to our floor cleaners , tub and tile cleaners. I can go on. But her is the thing if we can eliminate just a couple of those at a time, and get use to the difference. Them we are one step closer to getting that toxic chemical out of our houses... So here is the thing we all know , that do any of the house cleaning... We know that when we are cleaning the shower and those enclosed area's that we tend to get a little head change, going on that is from those chemicals breaking down.. And if we're not wearing glove then it is getting right into our pours of our skin. As well as we are breathing it into our lungs and prob. not real good for us either...
