                   Some of the Fantastic uses for On Guard

OK So The more and More I hear about this FLU thing going around, The more I think people should Know about how we can take care of our selves and hopefully stay strong enough to fight off what ever ails us. So I am going to jump right in here.  DoTERRA has a Blend of essential oils called On Guard. In it is : 

     Wild Orange

     Clove Bud

     Cinnamon

     Eucalyptus

     Rosemary  Essential oils All in this Blend. All Of these oils are CPTG so are all safe to ingest. 

           So   1. Mix 1 drop with a tbsp of water, gargle for 1 minute and then swallow when you feel a sore throat coming on or you have on already. 

                   2. Put on the bottom of children's feet ( or adults ) during a cold or flu to help support immune system. And put cotton socks on.

                   3. put 50 drops in a spray bottle with 30 oz of distilled water. Shake often  and use it to sanitize kitchens and bathrooms. Cleans very good too. 

                   4.Add to your dish water for micro clean dishes.

                   5. Add to your laundry to micro clean your cloths.

                   6. Add to Mop water to clean your floors. ( safe surface for baby's)

                  7. Put a few Drops on Air filter when changing it to kill pathogens in the duct work.

                  8. Apply to a pets wound or sore to enhance healing. 

                  9. Defuse in the house to kill air born germs and purify the air.

                  10. Hear is a great one. Right this down.   Natural anti-biotic blend on Guard 5drops, Oregano 4 drops, Frankincense 3 drops,peppermint 2 drops, and lemon 1 drop in a veggi gel cap.    Take that and see how you feel. 

                    11. For Laryngitis, Gargle 1 Tbsp. of water and 1 drop lemon and 1 drop On Guard hourly.

                   12. Rub on stains as a pre stain remover before washing
